At Julia Wirth Interiors I offer decorating services designed to meet you where you are, with flexible options, straightforward pricing, and thoughtful support tailored to your home, your timeline, and your personal style.
- DESIGN AND STYLING CONSULTATION – $250
All projects begin here. This one-hour consultation, available virtually or in person (Twin Cities metro), is the first step in working together. Before we meet, you’ll fill out a short Client Questionnaire. It’s a simple way for me to get to know your space and your goals, so I can come prepared and make the most of our time together. During the session, we’ll walk through your space, talk through your goals and style, and I’ll offer real-time guidance to help you move forward with a clear vision for your space. Afterward, you’ll receive personalized styling notes to guide your next steps. If you decide to continue with a decorating service, your $250 consultation fee will be applied toward the total project cost.
- VIRTUAL DESIGN SUPPORT - For those not looking for full-service decorating, these packages offer a more flexible way to get personalized help and move forward with a clear plan. We'll start with a Design Consultation, then choose the level of support that best fits your needs (your consultation fee is applied to the option you choose). You can choose to get a custom mood board for $350, a mood board and curated shopping list (consisting of five thoughtfully selected pieces that will make the biggest difference in your space) for $500, or the full support option (mood board, shopping list, and an in-home Design Day) for $1,000+.
- DESIGN DAY - $750
Design Day is a one-day, in-home decorating service that includes a one hour planning session (scheduled in advance) and up to six hours of hands-on styling and design support. It’s perfect if you’ve been collecting pieces but need help pulling them together, or if you’re ready for a refresh and want guidance on the best updates to make. We'll spend the day styling, arranging, and making decisions together so your vision starts to take shape right away. By the end of the day, you’ll have a beautifully refreshed space, and a clear direction for what’s next .
- FULL SERVICE DECORATING - Decorating services are priced by room, with three tiers that reflect the size and complexity of each space. Every project is thoughtfully tailored and may include design direction, layout planning, paint and lighting selections, furniture and decor sourcing, shopping coordination, and in-person styling. I’ll guide you through each step with care and clarity, always keeping your style, needs, and goals in mind. Final pricing may vary slightly depending on the scope of the project.
Primary Spaces - starting at $1,800 - living rooms, dining rooms, kitchens, family rooms, primary bedrooms
Secondary Spaces - starting at $1,200 - guest rooms, offices, dens, children's bedrooms, porches/patios/decks
Small or Utility Spaces - starting at $850 - entryways, hallways, bathrooms, laundry rooms
Open Concept Spaces - Pricing for open-concept layouts is based on the number of functional zones (like living, dining, or entry). I’ll provide a custom combined rate after our consultation, depending on the scale and complexity of the space.
PAYMENT STRUCTURE
In-person decorating is billed in three phases to keep things simple and transparent:
1. Design & Planning → 2. Sourcing & Selection→ 3. Styling & Installation
The total project fee is divided into three equal payments, with each phase invoiced separately as we begin that part of the process. At the start of Phase Two, a sourcing deposit is also collected to cover upfront shopping and purchasing. Any remaining balance is refunded at the end of the project.
If you move forward with a full service decorating project after your consultation, the $250 consultation fee will be applied to your first payment.

This service is often used by realtors for their clients, but it’s also available directly to anyone preparing to sell, buy, or move into a new home.
Helping clients prepare their home for sale can be one of the toughest parts of the process. My Virtual Staging Consultations are priced at $350 and take the pressure off by giving clear, personalized feedback on how to make a home photo-ready, inviting, and marketable. Clients simply send photos, and I provide tailored recommendations for layout, decluttering, and small updates that create a strong first impression.
Each consultation also comes with my Moving Bundle Styling Guides, created specifically for sellers and buyers:
- FOR SELLERS - Step-by-step checklists and room-by-room tips to prepare for photos, showings, and open houses.

Services are priced at $8 per square foot, with a $2,000 minimum, and include layout planning, product sourcing, and complete design implementation. Reach out for a custom quote based on your space.
Commercial Spaces
For businesses, boutique offices, or community spaces, I offer decorating services at $10 per square foot, with a minimum project fee of $3,500. Commercial work often includes more extensive planning, layout and finish selection, and customer experience considerations. I’ll work closely with you to design a space that feels welcoming, functional, and aligned with your brand. I'd love to work together to make your vision a reality.
Soft Finish Selections
Soft finishes are the final details that bring a renovated home to life. These include paint palettes, light fixtures, window treatments, hardware, and styling touches that create cohesion and warmth. I help renovators, investors, and homeowners choose these elements with intention, ensuring the home feels polished, inviting, and market-ready. By curating finishes that highlight the best features of a space and appeal to today’s buyers, I make the transition from construction to completion smooth, simple, and worthwhile.
